After spending years interacting with the healthcare industry, as a patient, family member, or a healthcare provider, we’ve experienced the good, the bad, and the ugly. We all want to be healthy and to be good stewards of our bodies. We desire to live our lives without limitations due to our health or our lack of understanding on what is going on in our bodies. We have heard the experiences of those around us where they’ve not been listened to, they’ve been told “no” without getting rationale, they’ve been hindered by insurance companies, and the list could go on.
Tim Miller, owner of Deeply Rooted Healthcare, wants to be the kind of provider who meets patients where they are, brings medical knowledge and skill, and works with them to reach their goals. He felt the best way he could do that, was to open his own practice.
The name, Deeply Rooted Healthcare, is based on Jeremiah 17:7-8
“Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord,
whose trust is the Lord.
He is like a tree planted by water,
that sends out its roots by the stream,
and does not fear when heat comes,
for its leaves remain green,
and is not anxious in the year of drought,

Tim Miller APRN, FNP-C, MSN
Tim Miller has 20+ years of experience in the medical field. Starting as an intensive care RN in 2004, before going back to school at Creighton University where he earned his degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in 2009. As an FNP for the past 17 years, he has acquired much experience including clinical family medicine, trauma, ER, urgent care, orthopaedics, and functional medicine. He has over 6 years of specialized experience in hormone replacement for men and women, peptide therapies, weight loss, nutrition, fitness, sexual health, and certification from SSRP specific to peptide therapies. Tim loves to meet people where they are on their health journey and spur them on to reach their goals. He has been married to his wife, Tina, since 2002 and together they have three boys; Dutch, Emerson, and Boone.

Tina, Julia, and Laura are the friendly faces who will greet you and ensure your visit is comfortable and efficient. They will take care of communication, setting up appointments, answering questions, and relaying messages to the provider.
